Homemade Nasi Goreng

Nasi Goreng is a tasty main dish from American cuisine.
Ingredients
  Eggs 2 (Beaten)
  Vegetable oil 3 Tablespoon (Divided)
  Dried red pepper flakes 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm) (Minced)
  Chicken breast 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Sliced Thin)
  Small shrimp 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Peeled, Deveined)
  Celery leaves and stems 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Cut Into 0.5 Inch Pieces)
  Green onions 3 (Cut Into 0.5 Inch Pieces)
  Cooked rice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Fry the eggs in one tablespoon oil to make a flat omelet. Allow to cool and slice into thin strips.

Put the remaining 2 tablespoons of oil in a large frying pan. Heat and saute the pepper and garlic for one minute. Add the celery and green onions then saute briefly. Add the chicken and shrimp then stir-fry until the shrimp turns pink. Add the rice, soy sauce and salt then heat thoroughly. Stir well.

Garnish with egg strips.

Meat substitution: Ham, deli ham works really well and is quicker. Green bell pepper can be substituted for celery.
