Easy Homemade Shrimp And Chicken Fried Rice / Better Than Take-Out

Ingredients
  Vegetable oil 3 Tablespoon
  Sesame oil 1 Tablespoon
  Chicken breasts 3⁄4 Pound, thinly sliced
  Uncooked shrimp 3⁄4 Pound, cleaned, deveined, tail removed
  Grand diamond all purpose seasoning To Taste
  Black pepper To Taste
  Chopped onions 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm)
  Cooked rice 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Low sodium soy sauce 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Frozen mixed vegetables 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Eggs 2
  Scallions To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY:

1.Prepare all of the ingredients before starting the cooking process. Season the chicken and shrimp, set aside.

MAKING:

2.Preheat a large skillet over high heat with the vegetable and sesame oils. About 2 to 3 minutes. Add the chicken to the skillet, cook on each side for about 2 to 3 minutes or until it is completely done.

3. Add the onions and cook just until they’re slightly soft. Add the garlic and cook for another minute.

4. Next, add in the rice and vegetables, toss and mix. Add ¼ cup of soy sauce and mix. Taste to see if more soy sauce is desired, be careful not to add too much.

5. Push the rice to the perimeter of the skillet and pour the beaten eggs in the center.

6. Scramble the eggs and then incorporate them into the rice. Taste to see if more soy sauce is needed. Finally, toss the shrimp into the rice until it’s fully cooked.

SERVING:

7. Serve immediately.
