Crabs with Rice
|Rice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1.Start by cleaning the crabs
2.Also cut off and crush the legs
3.In a boiler, cook the crab in boiling salted water for about an hour.
4.Strain the juice and pour it over the rice.
5.Let stand for half an hour and then cook until rice is tender.
6.Cook the chopped onion and carrots in the fat until slightly browned and then add the crab-meat.
7.Season with salt and pepper, add the rice and cook together for several minutes.
8.Serve with salads or vegetables
