Using large saucepan (rice expands three times during cooking) bring salted water to boiling.
Stir in rice and cover tightly.
Reduce heat to low and simmer rice 20 minutes (use timer).
All water will be absorbed and separate grains of rice will be tender.
Toss with fork and keep warm up to 30 minutes for serving.
Extra rice may be refrigerated or frozen for later use.
