Fried Rice With Shrimp And Ham
|Long grain rice||1⁄2 Pound|
|Cooked ham||1⁄2 Pound, cut into strips|
|Canned shrimp||6 Ounce, drained (One Can)|
|Soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Leek||1 , sliced|
|Ground black pepper||To Taste|
Cook rice according to package directions.
Cut ham into strips.
Heat oil in large skillet.
Add ham and shrimp; cook until lightly browned, approximately 5 minutes.
Add rice and soy sauce; cook 5 minutes.
Add leek; cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Lightly beat eggs with pepper; pour over rice.
Cook until eggs are set.
