Fried Rice With Shrimp And Ham

Ingredients
  Long grain rice 1⁄2 Pound
  Cooked ham 1⁄2 Pound, cut into strips
  Canned shrimp 6 Ounce, drained (One Can)
  Oil 3 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Leek 1 , sliced
  Eggs 4
  Ground black pepper To Taste
Directions

Cook rice according to package directions.
Cut ham into strips.
Drain shrimp.
Heat oil in large skillet.
Add ham and shrimp; cook until lightly browned, approximately 5 minutes.
Add rice and soy sauce; cook 5 minutes.
Add leek; cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Lightly beat eggs with pepper; pour over rice.
Cook until eggs are set.
