Honey And Garlic Ribs
|Back ribs/Side ribs||8 Pound|
|Garlic powder||2 Tablespoon|
|Freshly ground pepper||2 Tablespoon|
|Garlic powder||1 Tablespoon|
|Black pepper||1 Tablespoon|
|Dry mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Bottled steak sauce||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|White wine||3 Tablespoon|
|Chinese plum sauce||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Liquid honey||16 Ounce (1 jar)|
Place ribs in a large pot, cover with water and add next 5 ingredients.
Bring to boil and simmer 10 minutes.
Remove from heat and allow to cool, covered, for one hour in the liquid.
Meanwhile, mix together the sauce ingredients and blend well.
Remove ribs from liquid and place on a broiler pan rack.
Brush both sides of ribs with sauce and bake at 400Â°F until nicely browned, approximately 15 minutes.
Serve with remaining sauce.
