Honey And Garlic Ribs

Ingredients
  Back ribs/Side ribs 8 Pound
  Thyme 1 Teaspoon
  Oregano 2 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 2 Tablespoon
  Freshly ground pepper 2 Tablespoon
For sauce
  Garlic powder 1 Tablespoon
  Black pepper 1 Tablespoon
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Bottled steak sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  White wine 3 Tablespoon
  Chinese plum sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Liquid honey 16 Ounce (1 jar)
  Molasses 3 Tablespoon
Directions

Place ribs in a large pot, cover with water and add next 5 ingredients.
Bring to boil and simmer 10 minutes.
Remove from heat and allow to cool, covered, for one hour in the liquid.
Meanwhile, mix together the sauce ingredients and blend well.
Remove ribs from liquid and place on a broiler pan rack.
Brush both sides of ribs with sauce and bake at 400°F until nicely browned, approximately 15 minutes.
Serve with remaining sauce.
Marvellous after skiing all day.
In fact, marvellous any time.
