Barbecued Pineapple And Sherry Spare Ribs

Feast on this terrific Barbecued Spare Ribs ideally rubbed with some real good 5-spice powder ! You can serve it up with a plum sauce dipping as an appetizer
Ingredients
  Spare ribs 2 1⁄2 Pound, cut into 2-inch sections
For marinade
  Soy sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Pineapple juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sherry 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Brown sugar 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
Directions

Place the spare ribs in the marinade in a deep bowl for 6 hours; turn them frequently.
Remove from the marinade and place on a broiler rack about 1 inch from medium heat and broil for about 7 minutes, basting often.
Turn onto the other side and broil for another 5 minutes, and continue to baste.
Serve very hot on a shallow plate.
