The barbecued beef short ribs are made with ribs flavored with smoke. Combined together with tomato sauce, molasses and onions, the barbecued beef short ribs are cooked in the oven and can be served with crisp vegetables.
2 Can (20 oz)
1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
1 1⁄2 , chopped
Combine tomato sauce, molasses, vinegar, liquid smoke and onion; boil 5 minutes.
Season meat with salt and pepper; place in covered casserole.
Pour sauce over ribs.
Bake at 275 degrees for 3 hours.
