Oven Barbecued Spareribs With Tobasco Sauce
|Ribs||4 Pound, cut into pieces|
|Catsup||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Worcestershire sauce||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Chili powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Tabasco sauce||2 Dash|
|Water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Place ribs in shallow roasting pan, meaty side up.
On each piece place a slice of unpeeled lemon and a thick slice of onion.
Roast in 450 degree oven for 30 minutes.
Combine remaining ingredients; bring to a boil.
Pour over ribs.
Continue baking in 350 degree oven until tender, about 1 hour to 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Baste ribs with sauce every 15 minutes.
