Easy Sweet And Sour Spare Ribs
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), chopped|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Vinegar/0.5 cup pineapple juice with small amount vinegar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Soy sauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Canned pineapple chunks||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Monosodium glutamate||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Mix garlic with meat; steam on top of stove.
Do not brown.
Add salt and sugar;: cook a few minutes;
Add vinegar, soy sauce and: pineapple chunks cook a few minutes' until hot thicker with cornstarch mixed in a little water.
Add monosodium glutamate.
