Easy Sweet And Sour Spare Ribs

Ingredients
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), chopped
  Spareribs 1 Pound
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vinegar/0.5 cup pineapple juice with small amount vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Soy sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Canned pineapple chunks 1 Can (10 oz)
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
  Monosodium glutamate 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Mix garlic with meat; steam on top of stove.
Do not brown.
Add salt and sugar;: cook a few minutes;
Add vinegar, soy sauce and: pineapple chunks cook a few minutes' until hot thicker with cornstarch mixed in a little water.
Add monosodium glutamate.
