In a small bowl, add hoisin sauce, rice cooking wine, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and Chinese five spices. Stir them well.
In a zip pouch bag, put pork baby back ribs. Add marinade sauce (reserve some) to the ribs. Mix well. Seal the pouch. Refrigerate for 6-8 hours or overnight.
Barbecue the ribs. Baste it with reserve marinade/hoisin sauce. Cut it into small pieces. Enjoy!
