Spicy Barbecued Spareribs

Ingredients
  Spareribs 5 Pound
  Firmly packed brown sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Catsup 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Soy sauce 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Worcestershire sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chili sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), crushed
  Prepared mustard 2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

Cut ribs into serving-size pieces.
Combine remaining ingredients, mixing well; pour into a large shallow dish.
Add ribs; cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours, turning ribs occasionally.
Drain ribs, reserving marinade.
Place ribs, bone side down, on grill over slow coals.
Grill 30 minutes, turning ribs frequently.
Brush ribs with sauce; cook an additional 30 minutes, basting and turning frequently.
