Sweet And Sour Spareribs

Ingredients
  Pork spareribs 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
  Pineapple juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cornstarch 3 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Pineapple slice 4
  Green pepper To Taste
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Salt and pepper spareribs; brown on both sides.
Place in baking dish.
Heat oil and pineapple juice in sauce- pan over low heat.
Combine cornstarch, sugar, soy sauce, vinegar and 3/8 cup water.
Add hot juice, stirring constantly, until thick.
Add pineapple and green pepper; pour over meat.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
Serve over steamed rice or Chinese noo- dles.
