Barbecued Country-Style Spareribs
|Country style spareribs||4 Pound|
|Celery salt||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Packed brown sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Vinegar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Catsup||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Cut spareribs into strips; lay in roasting pan, fat side up.
Arrange onion slices over spareribs.
Place in oven.
Bake for 25 min- utes or until spareribs begin to brown.
Combine all remaining ingredients into small saucepan; mix well.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce oven to 350 degrees.
Pour sauce over spareribs; turn, coating with sauce.
Bake for 1 hour or until tender, basting every 15 minutes with sauce.
