Oven Barbecued Spareribs
|Spareribs||4 Pound, cut in serving size pieces|
|Condensed beef broth||10 1⁄2 Ounce|
|Mincemeat||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
1. Preheat the oven to 350°
2. In a large roasting pan, place the spareribs and roast in a hot oven for one hour.
3. Pour off the excess drippings and then combine the rest of the ingredients to pour over the meat.
4. Bake for 1- ½ hour more till the meat is tender. Baste with the sauce to ensure that the meat is cooked through
5. Serve hot.
