|Meat stock||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Brown sugar||2 Tablespoon|
1. Wash the spareribs and cut into serving pieces.
2. Tip in to a heavy skillet, and then brown under moderate heat.
3. Remove the meat and then pour off all but 2 tablespoons of the drippings.
4. Add the flour into drippings and sauté till cooked through, add meat stock and cook until thickened. Add spareribs and the rest of the ingredients. Cover tightly and simmer 45 minutes.
5. Serve hot
