|Spareribs||5 Pound, cut into two-rib pieces|
|Catsup||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Brown sugar||2 Tablespoon|
|Bottled steak sauce||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Hickory smoked salt||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Instant minced onion||1 Teaspoon|
Place spareribs on rack in baking pan.
Brown in 400°F.oven for 15 minutes; turn and brown on other side for 10 or 15 minutes.
Drain fat and put ribs in slow-cooking pot.
Combine remaining ingredients; pour over ribs.
Cover and cook on low 6 to 8 hours.
Makes 5 to 6 servings.
