Country Style Ribs
|Country style pork spareribs||3 1⁄4 Pound, trimmed (Use 2 Racks)|
|Low sodium ketchup||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (Or Reduced Sodium)|
|Worcestershire sauce||3 Tablespoon|
|Brown sugar||2 Tablespoon|
|Prepared yellow mustard||2 Tablespoon|
|Black pepper||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Ground red cayenne pepper||1 Pinch|
1. Preheat the grill or broiler. Place the ribs in a 6-quart Dutch oven, add enough cold water to cover, and bring to a boil over high heat. Lower the heat and simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes. Using tongs, transfer the ribs to paper towels.
2. To prepare the sauce: In a small saucepan, stir together the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil over moderate heat. Lower the heat and simmer, uncovered, for 1 minute.
3. Grill the ribs directly over medium-hot coals or broil 4 inches from the heat for 15 minutes, turning and brushing with the sauce every 5 minutes or until the ribs are glazed. Serve with Sunshine Salad.
