Barbecued Pork Spare Ribs

Ingredients
  Spareribs 4 Pound
  Salt 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped onion 2 Tablespoon
  Minced garlic 2 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. Under a broiler, brown the ribs on both sides till done
2. Transfer to a baking dish

FINALIZING
3. Sprinkle with a chopped onions and a little minced garlic.
4. In a small bowl, mix the sauce ingredients just before serving

SERVING
5. Serve ribs on a platter with the sauce poured on top
