Sweet Sour Spareribs

Ingredients
  Spareribs 4 Pound
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Meat stock 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Vinegar 4 Tablespoon
  Brown sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Bay leaf 1
  Thyme 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1)Make serving sized pieces out of the spareribs.
2)Heat a heavy skillet and brown the spareribs, slowly.
3)Take away the spareribs from the skillet.
4)Drain away the drippings leaving behind just 2 tablespoons.
5)Add sifted flour into the drippings.
6)Pour in the meat stock and cook till the mixture thickens.
7)Put in the spareribs along with vinegar, brown sugar, bay leaf, thyme, salt and pepper.
8)Cover the lid and let it simmer for 45 minutes.

SERVING
9)Serve hot.
