Barbecued Rib Chops
|Italian salad dressing||5⁄8 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Tomato paste||6 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Lamb rib chops||8 (3/4 Inch Thick)|
1)In a small bowl, mix the salad dressing and tomato paste.
2)Using a barbecue brush, apply a thin layer over the top side of the chops.
3)Line the chops 3 to 4 inches from heat.
4)Cook on an outdoor grill for 5 to 7 minutes. Chops can also be broiled.
5)Turn to the other side and baste with sauce.
6)Let it cook for a further 5 minutes or until it is done to your liking
7)Remove from heat and serve immediately.
