Healthy Spicy Spareribs

Ingredients
  Spareribs 2 Pound
  Tomato sauce 8 Ounce (1 Can)
  Whole cloves 4
  Cinnamon stick 1⁄8
  Celery stalks/1/4 teaspoon celery salt 1 , chopped fine
  Garlic/1/4 teaspoon garlic salt 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Tabasco sauce 2 Dash
  Steak sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Chili powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chutney 2 Tablespoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Onion 1 Small, chopped fine
Directions

MAKING
1) In a pan combine all the ingredients except the ribs and cook for 20 minutes until well blended.
2) Grill the ribs until well browned and tender, basting occasionally with the sauce.

SERVING
3) Serve immediately in a nice plate.
