Spareribs Orchard Style
|Spareribs||3 Pound (In Two Parts)|
|Chopped onion||2 Tablespoon|
|Tart apples||6 , peeled, cored and chopped|
|Brown sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Toasted bread cubes||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
Combine the chopped onion, chopped apples, sugar and bread cubes.
Cover half of the spareribs with this stuffing; place the other section of spareribs on top.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Bake uncovered in a preheated 350° F. [180° C] oven for two hours.
