Sweet And Sour Spareribs
|Pork rashers/Spare ribs||12|
|Plum sauce||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Soy sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Brown sugar||2 Tablespoon|
|Grated green ginger||1 Teaspoon|
|White vinegar||2 Tablespoon|
|Tomato sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Hoi sin sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Shallots||2 , chopped|
Combine spare-ribs with plum sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger, vinegar, tomato sauce, hoi sin sauce and shallots.
Stand several hours, or refrigerate overnight; turn spare-ribs occasionally.
Barbecue until tender, brushing occasionally with remaining marinade.
