Spicy Barbecued Ribs
|Finely chopped onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chili sauce||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Vinegar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Packed brown sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Bottled hot pepper sauce||1 Dash|
|Pork spareribs||3 Pound|
In glass bowl micro-cook onion in butter till tender, about 1 1/2 minutes.
Stir in chili sauce, vinegar, sugar, pepper sauce, and 1 teaspoon salt.
Cut ribs in serving-size pieces.
Arrange in 12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch baking dish.
Micro-cook, covered, for 20 minutes, rearranging ribs after 10 minutes.
Transfer ribs to barbecue grill.
Grill over medium coals till done, about 15 minutes.
Brush often with sauce and turn ribs over occasionally.
