Country Style Spareribs
|Pork loin spareribs||3 Pound (Country-Style)|
|Hot tap water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Tomato sauce||8 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Chopped onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Brown sugar||3 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Prepared mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|Liquid smoke||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Place meat in casserole, bone side up.
Cover; cook on MEDIUM (5) for 90 minutes, turning dish after 45 minutes.
Combine sauce ingredients.
Drain liquid from ribs.
Pour sauce over top of ribs.
Cook on MEDIUM (5) for 10 to 1 5 minutes until sauce has dried on top.
