|Vegetable oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Chopped garlic||1 Teaspoon|
|Cooked short ribs||3⁄4 Pound, cut into small pieces|
|Plum sauce||3 Tablespoon (Lee Kum Kee)|
|Oyster flavored sauce||1 Tablespoon (Lee Kum Kee)|
Heat skillet over medium heat.
Add short ribs and stir-fry until heated through.
Add Plum Sauce and Oyster Flavored Sauce.
Stir well and serve.
