Barbecued Spareribs

Ingredients
  Spareribs 3 1⁄2 Pound
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vinegar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Cooking oil/Margarine/butter 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Catsup 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Mixed horseradish 3 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Prepared mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Honey/Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Cayenne 1⁄16 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Start oven, set at Moderate, 350° F.
2. Have the spareribs cracked across the middle. Wipe with a clean, damp cloth and place them on the rack in a roasting pan. Bake 30 minutes.
3. Mix over low heat the water, vinegar, oil, or melted butter or margarine, catsup, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, salt, mustard, honey and cayenne. Baste the spareribs with this mixture and baste every 10 minutes for 1 hour additional baking. Total baking time should be 1 1/2 hours.
