Sweet and Sour Spareribs

|Spareribs||2 Pound (Country Style)|
|Vinegar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Root ginger||2 Teaspoon, grated|
|Sweet 'n low sweetener||3 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Package)|
Preheat oven to 350°F.
1. Parboil spareribs for 3 minutes.
2. Mix remaining ingredients together.
3. Place spareribs in casserole dish, cover with sauce. Bake for 1 hour, basting occasionally.
