Sweet And Sour Spareribs

Ingredients
  Spareribs 2 Pound (Country Style)
  Vinegar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Sherry 1 Tablespoon
  Root ginger 2 Teaspoon, grated
  Sweet 'n low sweetener 3 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Package)
Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F.
1. Parboil spareribs for 3 minutes.
2. Mix remaining ingredients together.
3. Place spareribs in casserole dish, cover with sauce. Bake for 1 hour, basting occasionally.
