Spareribs With Black Beans
|Spareribs||620 Gram (1 lb 5 oz)|
|Black beans||2 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||1 Tablespoon, chopped|
|Onion||1 Tablespoon, chopped|
|Ginger||1 Tablespoon, chopped|
|Soy sauce||2 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Sugar||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Cut the spareribs into 4-cm (1 1/2-in) lengths.
Rinse, drain and chop the black beans.
Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a large frying-pan and stir-fry the spareribs for 1 minute.
Then add the beans, garlic, onion and ginger and stir-fry for a further 15 seconds.
Remove from the-heat, pour in the seasoning sauce and mix well.
Put the mixture in a bowl in the steamer, steam for 50 minutes and serve.
