Spareribs With Black Beans

Ingredients
  Spareribs 620 Gram (1 lb 5 oz)
  Black beans 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Onion 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Ginger 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Sherry 2 Teaspoon
  Soy sauce 2 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Cut the spareribs into 4-cm (1 1/2-in) lengths.
Rinse, drain and chop the black beans.
Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a large frying-pan and stir-fry the spareribs for 1 minute.
Then add the beans, garlic, onion and ginger and stir-fry for a further 15 seconds.
Remove from the-heat, pour in the seasoning sauce and mix well.
Put the mixture in a bowl in the steamer, steam for 50 minutes and serve.
