Best Barbecued Spareribs
|Pork spareribs||2 1⁄2 Pound|
|Instant onion flakes||2 Tablespoon|
|Tomato sauce||8 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Brown sugar||1 Tablespoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Prepared mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|Hot pepper sauce||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
Cut spareribs into individual ribs.
Arrange in large microproof baking dish.
Cook, covered with waxed paper, on 70 (roast) 28 minutes.
Turn over and rearrange halfway through cooking.
Drain off fat.
In small bowl mix together remaining ingredients.
Generously spoon sauce on ribs.
Cook, covered, on 70 (roast) 8 to 10 minutes.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
