Sweet And Sour Spareribs
|Pork spareribs||1 1⁄2 Pound|
|Pineapple juice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Soy sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Pineapple slice||4 , cut in to chunks|
|Green pepper||To Taste, cut into strips|
Salt and pepper spareribs; brown on both sides.
Place in baking dish.
Heat oil and pineapple juice in saucepan over low heat.
Combine cornstarch, sugar, soy sauce, vinegar and 3/8 cup water.
Add hot juice, stirring constantly, until thick.
Add pineapple and green pepper; pour over meat.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
Serve over steamed rice or Chinese noodles.
