Stuffed Crown Of Spareribs

Ingredients
  Sparerib strips 2 (each 8 to 12 inches long)
  Cooked rice/Wild rice 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Carrot 1 , grated
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Melted butter/Bacon dripping 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sage/Savory 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Chicken broth 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Wipe meat with a damp cloth.
Overlap ends of the two strips and stand the "crown" or circle in a shallow bake pan.
Tie with cord.
Mix remaining ingredients together, adding just enough broth to moisten and pack in the centre.
Roast at 350F for about 1 1/2 hours.
