Stuffed Crown Of Spareribs
|Sparerib strips||2 (each 8 to 12 inches long)|
|Cooked rice/Wild rice||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Carrot||1 , grated|
|Onion||1 , chopped|
|Melted butter/Bacon dripping||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chicken broth||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Wipe meat with a damp cloth.
Overlap ends of the two strips and stand the "crown" or circle in a shallow bake pan.
Tie with cord.
Mix remaining ingredients together, adding just enough broth to moisten and pack in the centre.
Roast at 350F for about 1 1/2 hours.
