Barbecued Spareribs

Ingredients
  Pork spareribs 3 Pound, cut into pieces
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Sweet red pepper 1 Medium, chopped
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Catsup 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Brown sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), firmly packed
  Molasses 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Prepared brown mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Hot sauce 1 Dash
Directions

Place ribs in 3-quart casserole; cover.
Convection Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes; drain.
In small mixing bowl, combine onion, red pepper, garlic, catsup, sugar, molasses, lemon juice, mustard and hot sauce.
Pour sauce over ribs.
Cover and continue baking for 25 to 30 minutes.
