Cherry Glazed Spare Ribs

A delicious mouth watering rib recipe that's sweet and delightful
Ingredients
  Pie filling 1 Can (10 oz)
  Zinfandel 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Light brown sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Rib rub To Taste (RC's)
  Pork spare ribs 1
  Ground clove 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Add the pie filling to a medium skillet and turn heat on med low
add the brown sugar and ground clove to the skillet
cook over medium low heat once thickened add liquid (chardonay or zinfandel)
turn heat to low and continue cookin until reduced.
prepare ribs according to smokin chefs episode 2
once you have removed the ribs from the grill and before wrapping with foil
brush and glaze each side of the ribs generously
wrap and return to the grill finish cooking according to directions on smokin chefs video
(this glaze also works well with quail)
