|Garlic clove||1 Large, crushed|
|Orange marmalade||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Dijon mustard||1 Tablespoon|
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Rub ribs thoroughly with salt and garlic.
Place in a shallow baking pan and bake 45 minutes, turning occasionally.
Meanwhile, melt marmalade in a small saucepan; add mustard and blend thoroughly.
Remove ribs from oven and pour just enough marmalade over ribs to cover.
Return pan to oven and continue cooking ribs another 15 minutes, basting frequently with remaining marmalade.
