Sweet And Spicy Spareribs

Ingredients
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), smashed
  Finely chopped jalapeno 1 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Rosemary 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Honey 45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon)
  Tomato sauce 250 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Orange juice 6 Tablespoon (Juice Of 2 Oranges)
  Pork spareribs 3 1⁄2 Pound (1.6 Kilogram, About 6 Inches Long)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Preheat barbecue at LOW.
Place all marinade ingredients in small saucepan and cook 15 minutes over very low heat.
Meanwhile, blanch ribs in boiling water for 15 minutes.
Drain ribs and baste with marinade sauce.
Place ribs on hot grill and partly cover.
Cook 30 minutes depending on size.
Turn frequently, baste occasionally and season well.
