Tex Mex Barbecue Spareribs

1. Cut ribs into serving-sized pieces. Place in Dutch oven or large saucepan of boiling salted water; reduce heat, cover and simmer for 40 minutes or until tender. Drain.
2. Place ribs on greased grill over medium heat; cook, turning and basting often with sauce, for 15 to 20 minutes or until glazed and tender. Or, place ribs on foil-lined baking sheet. Generously brush both sides of ribs with sauce. Roast, uncovered, brushing often with sauce, for 25 to 30 minutes or until glazed and tender.
