Microwave Barbecued Spareribs
|Pork spareribs||3 Pound, trim off fat|
|Onion||1 Medium, finely chopped|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), finely chopped|
|Vinegar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chili sauce||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Tomato sauce||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Packed brown sugar||2 Tablespoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Tablespoon|
1. Place ribs in 3-quart (13 x 9) glass baking dish. Cover with plastic wrap.
2. Microwave on ROAST for 15 minutes. Drain and turn ribs over. Arrange onion and garlic on top. Add mixture of remaining ingredients. Recover and continue cooking on ROAST for 25 to 30 minutes or until fork tender. Let stand, covered, 5 minutes before serving.
