Sweet And Sour Spareribs
|Cut sparerib sections||1 Pound|
|Brown sugar||2 Tablespoon|
|Beef broth/Consomme||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1. Brown spareribs slowly in frying pan.
2. Remove spareribs and pour off all but 1 tbsp. dripping.
3. Stir flour into drippings, add beef broth and cook till thickened.
4. Add spareribs and remaining ingredients; cover and simmer 30-45 minutes.
