|Vinegar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), cut fine and mashed|
|Worcestershire sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Tabasco sauce||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Dry mustard||1 Teaspoon|
Cut the spareribs into portions of three bones each, and salt them.
Combine ingredients and simmer for about 10 minutes.
Brush the spareribs with the sauce and place them in pre-heated broiler.
Cook for 30 to 35 minutes, brushing them with the sauce and turning them every 10 minutes.
This is the proper sauce for any barbecued meat.
