|Chopped onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted|
|Canned tomato sauce||16 Ounce (Two 8 Ounce Cans)|
|Water||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Worcestershire sauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Chili powder||2 Teaspoon|
|Hot sauce||4 Dash|
Cut ribs into serving size pieces.
Place ribs in shallow pan.
Bake, uncovered, at 325° for 1 1/2 hours.
Drain off pan drippings, and discard.
Saute onion and garlic in butter in a saucepan.
Add remaining ingredients; bring to a boil.
Pour over ribs; continue baking 45 minutes or until tender, basting occasionally
