Amy Kenoko is excited to introduce her cookbook “Let’s Cook Japanese Food” which is full of Japanese recipes developed by her in US. In US she could not find most of the delicious Japanese dishes which her in-laws cooked in Japan so she tried making them in US with the available ingredients and they turned out to be delicious. In the video, she shares some tips for making Gyoza, something not everyone would daringly make at home.
