My Local Buzz TV - Blue Star, Downtown L.A.

The Blue Star was opened in September 2004 by Kash Brouillet and Patricia Ridgway. The Blue Star offers great food, using the freshest available ingredients. We use only smaller and local vendors whenever possible. This assures we can maintain the highest quality standard in our dishes. We make all of our dressing and sauces in house, hand form our beef patties and we even make out veggie burgers by hand, daily. Please stop in and see us for breakfast or lunch, or you can always call us for a take out oder using the menu on our website. Either way, we look forward to seeing you again soon!
