Pure And Simple Raspberry Jam
|Granulated sugar||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Raspberries||2 Cup (32 tbs), crushed|
|Lemon juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
In large no aluminum saucepan, combine sugar, raspberries and lemon juice.
Let stand for about 1-1/2 hours or until sugar has dissolved.
Bring to full rolling boil over high heat, stirring constantly; boil hard for 4 to 5 minutes or until setting point is reached
Remove from heat; skim off foam with metal spoon.
Ladle into hot sterilized jars and seal.
Makes about 3 cups (750 mL).
