Black Raspberry Tapioca

Ingredients
  Pearl tapioca 10 Ounce
  Boiling water 5 Cup (80 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Raspberry gelatin 20 Ounce
  Canned black raspberries 20 Ounce
Directions

Place tapioca, 4 cups boiling water and salt in top of double boiler; cook, stirring occasionally, for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Stir in sugar.
Dissolve gelatin in 1 cup boiling water; stir in 1 cup cold water, raspber- ries and tapioca.
Chill for several hours or overnight.
Serve with whipped cream or cream, if desired.
