Ingredients
  Canned apricots 1 Medium
  Raspberry ice cream 1 Liter (Ripple, 1 family block)
  Milk 1 Pint
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1) Place the apricots into the blender along with the syrup
2) Strain the pulp into a bowl
3) Using an electric mixer, whisk the ice cream and milk till frothy
4) Add in the lemon juice and the apricots
5) In a serving bowl, pour in the mixture

SERVING
6) Serve
