Baked Raspberry Whirl
|Short crust pastry||6 Ounce|
|Raspberry jam||3 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon (Syrup)|
|Water||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (Syrup)|
|Raspberry jam||2 Tablespoon (Syrup)|
|Sugar||2 Tablespoon (Syrup)|
Roll out pastry thinly and spread with jam.
Moisten edges and roll up.
Cut into 1/2" slices.
Mix syrup ingredients together.
Heat until sugar has dissolved.
Pour into shallow oven dish.
Pack the pastry slices closely to- gether into the syrup and bake in a fairly hot oven for 20 — 25 minutes
