Ingredients
  Short crust pastry 6 Ounce
  Raspberry jam 3 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon (Syrup)
  Water 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (Syrup)
  Raspberry jam 2 Tablespoon (Syrup)
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon (Syrup)
Directions

Roll out pastry thinly and spread with jam.
Moisten edges and roll up.
Cut into 1/2" slices.
Mix syrup ingredients together.
Heat until sugar has dissolved.
Pour into shallow oven dish.
Pack the pastry slices closely to- gether into the syrup and bake in a fairly hot oven for 20 — 25 minutes
