|Unflavored gelatin||1 Tablespoon (1 Envelope)|
|Milk||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Eggs||2 , slightly beaten|
|Orange liqueur||2 Tablespoon|
|Canned flaked coconut||3 1⁄2 Ounce (1 1/3 Cups)|
|Heavy cream||2 Cup (32 tbs), whipped|
|Raspberry sauce||2 Tablespoon|
In large glass bowl, mix sugar, gelatin and salt.
Add milk and eggs; beat until well blended.
Cook on MEDIUM (5) for 3 to 5 minutes or until mixture bubbles slightly.
Chill until partially set.
Add orange liqueur.
Fold in coconut, then whipped cream.
Pile into 1 1/2-quart mold; chill until firm, at least 4 hours.
Serve with Raspberry Sauce.
