Raspberry Mint Crush
|Sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Fresh mint leaves||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), lightly packed|
|Boiling water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Frozen red raspberries||10 Ounce (1 package)|
|Canned frozen lemonade concentrate||6 Ounce (1 can)|
|Cold water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Combine sugar, mint leaves, and boiling water; let stand 5 minutes.
Add raspberries and concentrate; stir until thawed.
Strain into chilled pitcher half full of ice; add cold water, stir.
If desired, float a few fresh raspberries in punch and garnish glasses with fresh mint leaves.
